With over 20 years of experience in workforce development and a deep commitment to creating opportunities, Jim will lead efforts to further McGough\u2019s dedication to a diverse workforce and inclusive culture, while also expanding our national programming and supplier partnerships.<\/p>\n

McGough has long been committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the company. Through strategic partnerships, capacity-building efforts, and a strong focus on cultivating an inclusive workplace, we have embedded Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) principles into the fabric of how we do business.<\/p>\n

\u201cJim brings a profound respect for the construction industry and is deeply committed to making purposeful strides in diversity, equity, and inclusion.\u201d said Cassie Nelson, Executive Vice President of Human Resources. \u201cHis leadership is essential as we expand our teams in new markets and build stronger partnerships that reflect our inclusive values. Jim\u2019s work will not only enhance the diversity of McGough\u2019s growing workforce but will also play a key role in scaling national programming that strengthens our relationships with diverse suppliers and vendors. His passion for opening doors and creating opportunities aligns perfectly with McGough\u2019s mission\u00a0 to be an industry leader in DEI as we continue to expand across the country.<\/p>\n

When asked about his new role, Jim shared, \u201cI\u2019m incredibly excited to join McGough at such an important time in its growth. Jim is an active leader in the community, serving on the Governor\u2019s State Rehabilitation Council, the Board of Directors for Ujamaa Place in St. Paul, MN, and the Alumni Board for Metropolitan State University.
